You are entitled to a six month implied warranty under the Consumer Protection Act. Any goods we sell you must:

  • be reasonably suitable for the purpose they are intended
  • be of good quality, in working order and free of defects
  • be usable and durable for a reasonable period of time
  • comply with any applicable standards or regulations

If you feel that a product you have purchased from us fails to meet those conditions, you may return it to us within six months of the date you accepted its delivery. Such returns will not subject you to any penalties, risks or expenses.

At your discretion, you may choose between a replacement, online store credit or a refund for these returns. Upon receiving any replacement items in this manner, the remaining period of the implied warranty for the items concerned is reset to six months.

Please note that the implied warranty above IS NOT APPLICABLE to any goods you take delivery of that were clearly labelled as being in a specific condition or otherwise not subject to a regular warranty. This would typically only apply to certain clearance or discounted items and only if you accept the goods or act in a manner consistent with such acceptance.

Our no-questions-asked returns policy lasts 30 days and exceeds the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act relating to non-defective goods.

You may return any goods purchased from our web store for any reason within 30 days, granted the goods are in the condition that you received them. Goods may be returned by courier or to any of our retail shops nationwide. Should you opt for courier collection, we shall cover any expenses if you permit us to organise the collection. Should you arrange delivery, we are not liable for any losses you incur and will not reimburse you.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or free courier collection but we will still process exchanges up to 90 days if your request is reasonable. We can handle courier arrangements at your cost should you wish. The 90 day policy is not applicable if the goods concerned fall short of the abovementioned implied warranty from the Consumer Protection Act, as they can then be returned within 6 months.

We do not require that online returns be accompanied by the original invoice or waybill, but returns cannot be processed at our retail stores without your invoice.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and include all necessary information and options applicable for the return.
