We are a footwear manufacturer based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa and have been in business since 1991! We supply one of the largest department stores in the nation with some of their footwear products and operate 3 of our own stores. Since late 2018 we have offered a selection of our products online via our website.

Payments are either processed via PayFast, one of the most popular and trusted payment gateways in South Africa, or received via a manual EFT transfer or direct deposit from your side.

We ship anywhere in South Africa and use The Courier Guy. You will be able to track your orders and will get any online assistance via Whatsapp on 060 728 3462.

Delivery to any address in South Africa is charged at a flat rate of R190.

Deliveries can take 3-5 working days but could take longer if the destination is outside urban areas. All collections are sourced from North End, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth).

If you have experienced issues with our door to door courier, or are unable to receive a delivery in person, we can send your order via Paxi for collection or to your nearest The Courier Guy kiosk. For more information please contact any of our store managers.

Our bulk stock consists of any R139 slipper. When 10 or more pairs are purchased, you receive each pair for R129.

Absolutely! Please take your invoice/tillslip along with you or the store won’t be able to identify your order.

Returns policy:

We offer refund and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges:

  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • We require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
  • Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return process:

  • For online purchases please contact our online manager on (060 728 3462)
  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Our online manager will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  • If you return the goods because you no longer want it, it is up to you to pay for the return courier.
  • If the goods are damaged (factory fault) or does not match the product you bought, we will pay for the return courier.
  • Damaged goods will be assessed, should this be due to neglect, you will be responsible for the return courier.
  • For instore returns take your till slip to your nearest store to identify your purchase.

Yes, it is! This service is available when you’d like to order from our Randridge store. You’ll place your order via our Randridge store manager, usually via WhatsApp. After placing your order, make an EFT deposit to Standard Bank Acc no: 281665990. Use the store name (“Randridge”) and your name as the reference. Then, email the EFT receipt to randridge@littleslipper.co.za. The Randridge store manager will send your purchase via Paxi (Pep to Pep store).
