Who is The Little Slipper Company?
We are a footwear manufacturer based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa and have been in business for 32 years! We supply one of the largest department stores in the nation with some of their footwear products and operate 4 of our own stores. Since late 2018 we have offered a selection of our products online via our website.
Are my online purchases secure?
Your connection to this website is secured via SSL (your browser should indicate a secure connection in the address bar), we adhere to data storage best practices and your payment details are never disclosed to us. Payments are either processed via PayFast, one of the most popular and trusted payment gateways in South Africa, or received via a manual EFT transfer or direct deposit from your side.
Is shipping available for online orders?
We ship anywhere in South Africa and use Fastway couriers. You will be able to track your orders and will get any online assistance via Whatsapp on 060 728 3462.
Delivery to any address in South Africa is charged at a rate of between R89 to R190 depending on the delivery address and size of parcel.
Deliveries can take 3-5 working days but could take longer if the destination is outside urban areas. All collections are sourced from Port Elizabeth.
If you have experienced issues with our door to door courier, or are unable to receive a delivery in person, we can send your order via Paxi for collection. For more information please contact any of our store managers.
