Returns Policy
You are entitled to a six-month implied warranty. All goods we sell must:
- Be of good quality, in working order, and free of defects
- Be usable and durable for a reasonable period
- Comply with applicable standards or regulations
If you believe a product purchased from us does not meet these conditions, you may return it within six months of the delivery date. Such returns will not result in any penalties, risks, or expenses to you.
You may choose between a replacement, online store credit, or a refund for returns. If you receive a replacement, the six-month implied warranty on the replacement item will restart from the date of delivery.
Please note, the implied warranty does not apply to items clearly labelled as being in suboptimal condition or not subject to a regular warranty. This usually applies to clearance or reject items, and only if you accept these goods.
We also have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For customers outside South Africa, shipping times may be longer than expected.
Note: We cannot accept returns on vouchers.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@littleslipper.co.za.
Goods purchased at sale prices are still eligible for our 30-day return policy.
